29 weeks and still kicking.

We had a little scare with Caleb yesterday, but everything is ok. I went for my 29 week checkup and since Caleb had been less active for the last few weeks the doctor decided to do a stress test. He passed the stress test with flying colors (kicking 25 times compared to the required 10), but the monitoring showed that I was having contractions. They sent me to the hospital for testing and determined I wasn’t having true contractions. What I was experiencing could be a pre cursor to contractions so they started me on muscle relaxers.  All is well for now, Caleb is still strong and healthy.  We made it to 29 weeks which is a huge blessing, and now we need to keep him in there to full term. I can't believe Christmas is 10 days away.

3rd Trimester Begins

We are now officially in the 3rd trimester.  Caleb's bedding arrived yesterday, and it is so cute.  After my Aunt Linda and Mom went to 11 fabric stores and couldn't find primary stripes anywhere, we decided on this peek a boo bedding.  I love the colors and all the different textures it has.  Now we can pick out the paint!  Our birthing class is going well.  We have been learning about the stages of labor and when it's too early to go to the hospital.

Here's a pic of the bedding.

Birthing Class

27 weeks! My diabetes test came back negative, so bring on the pie!  We had our first childbirth class last night.  It is a faith based class, and we focused on the history of birthing in different cultures around the world.  Very interesting stuff!  We are attending the class at another couple's house in our area.  We are going twice a week because the other Mom is due in 6 weeks and this is normally a 7 week class.  I am excited about being informed on all aspects of birth and delivery while focusing on God's hand in it all.

Caleb Surprises the Doc again

At 26 weeks Caleb has moved to a head down position, surprising my doctor and me!  He can still move back to breech but at least there is a chance he will be born the old fashioned way.  Caleb was still very active and right on track.  We thought were feeling his head for the last few weeks above my belly button, but it was actually his booty.  I also survived a followup 3 hour glucose blood test for gestational diabetes.  We will know those results next week.

24 weeks today!

I am 24 weeks today and Caleb could survive outside my womb.  We have been waiting for this milestone, and are now looking forward to the 30 weeks milestone increasing our chances for a healthy Caleb.  Thursday my belly started to move on its own.  Quite a sight a little strange and awsome at the same time.  Travis felt Caleb move for the first time on Saturday.  He was very excited!  We began the process of registering this weekend, quite overwhelming!  So many choices.

22 Weeks

Caleb at 22 weeks healthy and still active. He weighs a little more than a pound and is the breech position. I could see him drinking and opening his mouth!  All of his organs are perfect

He Moves!

I felt Caleb move last night on the outside of my belly for the first time.  Travis wasn't home at the time, hopefully he will be able to feel Caleb move soon.  I feel bad that I can feel him all the time bopping around and want Travis to share in the fun.

20 Weeks

I had my 20 week doctor appointment today.   Caleb looked healthy and was moving so much that none of the pics were clear enough to post.

Caleb Week 18 Videos

Caleb Week 18 Pictures

Caleb's face, looks like he already has his first halloween costume on.

ALL BOY.  Arrow pointing to Caleb's boy parts ; )
3 D Images, pretty cool!  Caleb is waving his arm around in this photo as he has been in all of his ultrasounds.

Flexing his muscles.

It's a Boy!

Caleb Preston Graham looked healthy and right on track this morning.  The radiologist gave him the wiggle worm award for the day, so he continues to bounce around as he has since our first scan at 6 weeks.  Sounds like we need to purchase a jungle gym for the backyard.  Pictures and video coming soon.

18 Weeks!

We made it to 18 weeks! We find out on Monday if it is a boy or a girl.
